THE JEWISH MUSEUM VIENNA ON 52nd STREET

We are very happy to announce that Andrew M Mezvinsky’s installation “A Good Day”, which was presented at the Jewish Museum Vienna in 2013 for the first time, is travelling to New York City this fall and will be shown at the Austrian Cultural Forum on 52nd Street!

“A Good Day”, a multimedia installation by American artist Andrew Mezvinsky, based on Primo Levi’s account of survival in Auschwitz, and “Lessing presents Lessing”, a personal selection of renowned Austrian Magnum photographer Erich Lessing’s works chosen by his daughter Hannah, the Secretary General of the Austrian National Fund for Victims of National Socialism. Andrew Mezvinsky and Hannah Lessing will be present at the exhibition, which will be opened by Austrian Federal president Dr. Heinz Fischer and Austrian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sebastian Kurz.
